Astreya Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager II in San Jose to lead vendor management, infrastructure software programs, and strategic data-center initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and vendor partners to deliver complex infrastructure projects on time and within scope. The role requires strong communication, global program experience, and a proven ability to drive accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience in technical program management and infrastructure operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build structured project plans with milestones, dependencies, ownership, and success metrics.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set operating model for vendor management with server manufacturers, hardware vendors, and maintenance providers, including service expectations and metrics.
• Lead the program for infrastructure software: provisioning, OS install, firmware, validation, monitoring, and workflows; coordinate engineers and platform teams.
• Own execution for data center decommissioning, server migration, site delivery, and hardware reuse; lead urgent infrastructure initiatives as needed.
