Astreya in the United States is seeking a Principal IT Program Manager & Product Owner to define strategy and oversee multi-year technology programs across IT products and services.

This role bridges business and technology, owning product vision, roadmap, governance, funding, and delivery execution to deliver measurable value, reliability, and security. It is a hybrid role with 1 day on-site in Oakland, CA and remote work.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology program, portfolio, or product management.
• 8+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Proven success in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for strategic technology products and platforms.
• Prioritize backlogs based on business value, risk, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive modernization, debt reduction, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, and executive reporting.
