• Delivers routine, clearly defined tasks to support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms and systems.
• Applies standard practices to resolve routine system alerts and follows documented troubleshooting steps to maintain operational stability.
• Communicates primarily within the IT Operations team, sharing progress and basic observations on server or platform health.
• Follows IT governance procedures to assist with basic system lifecycle tasks and takes direction from senior admins.
• Identifies straightforward improvements within daily maintenance tasks and escalates issues that fall outside standard procedures.
• Escalates unclear deployment requirements or security risks and seeks confirmation before proceeding in ambiguous situations.
• Makes narrow to moderate decisions regarding routine system patching or log analysis, guided by prior examples.
