Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms.
• Must hold TS/SCI with Poly and an IAT Level II certification (Security+ acceptable).
• Ability to work non-standard hours in a 24x7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT hardware and software issues across servers, storage, and network.
• Provide first-response support for ground segment problems and incidents.
• Document configurations and triage incidents for Tier 2 escalation when needed.
• Interface with government personnel and engineers to ensure mission continuity.
