Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (intro level) preferred depending on role.
• Close supervision required for ambiguous work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine, clearly defined tasks to support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise IT platforms.
• Resolve routine system alerts following documented troubleshooting steps to maintain stability.
• Communicate progress and observations within the IT Operations team regarding server health.
• Assist with basic system lifecycle tasks under regular direction and review.
• Escalate unclear deployment requirements or security risks early and seek confirmation.
• Make narrow to moderate patching or log analysis decisions guided by prior examples.
