Job summary

Milton Academy is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline IT support to faculty, students and staff across Apple, Chrome and Windows devices. The role focuses on triage, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and delivering friendly, clear guidance to users with varying technical backgrounds.

You will join Academy Technology Services (ATS) at Warren Hall, work full-time with standard school hours, and contribute to efficient help desk operations while expanding

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience supporting desktop/laptop computer hardware and operating systems (Windows and Mac)
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Apple, Chrome, and Windows devices
• Strong customer service and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple, Chrome, and Windows devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems; document resolutions and share learnings.
• Maintain Help Desk records and inventory, and support a wide range of technology tools and peripherals.
