Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• MacOS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-one helpdesk support for faculty, staff, and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues across devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; manage inventory records.
