Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and follow processes.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 support in person, by phone, email, and via IT ticketing system.
Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues.
Assist with Microsoft 365 apps and Entra ID user administration.
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
Document support requests and resolutions.
