Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience with computers and electronics.
• Six months of experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Apps.
• At least one year of customer or personal service experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license (or Florida license within 30 days if out of state).
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Must type at least 35 words per minute.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sit for long periods.
• Clear background check and E-Verify eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage helpdesk requests via phone, email, portal, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot incidents or escalate to other teams as needed.
• Use remote tools to troubleshoot issues remotely.
• Install and upgrade distributed computer systems and components.
• Provide onsite support for non-remotely resolvable issues.
• Configure OS, apps, and peripherals; manage user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and track serial numbers.
