Job summary

LaunchTech, LLC is seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting end users across federal programs, including DoD environments. The role focuses on hardware, software, network, and user support in a fast-paced mission-driven setting.

You will perform on-site and remote assistance, install hardware, troubleshoot Windows and Office products, and contribute to large-scale projects. A DoD security clearance is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general (full-time) work experience
• 1+ years of directly related IT experience
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Must be able to move around a large complex facility and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Administer hardware, software, network and user support daily
• Provide in-person and phone support to end users
• Install hardware at end-user offices (laptops, desktops, monitors)
• Contribute to large-scale projects and events
