Job summary

LaunchTech, LLC is seeking dynamic IT professionals to join our crew supporting the Missile Defense Agency at multiple bases across Colorado, Alabama, and Virginia. This customer-facing role requires active DoD Secret clearance and a DoD 8570 IAT II certification, with hands-on support for hardware, software, network, and end users.

You will perform day-to-day administration, install hardware, and contribute to large-scale projects while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of general full-time work experience.
• Must have 1+ years of directly related IT experience.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT II certification required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must hold an active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day hardware, software, network and user support.
• Provide in-person and phone support to end users in MDA environment.
• Install hardware at end-user offices.
• Contribute to large-scale projects and events.
• Maintain professional behavior in a customer-facing role.
