Job summary

LaunchTech is seeking an IT support professional to join our mission-focused team supporting the Missile Defense Agency under the IRES contract. The role provides hands-on end-user assistance across hardware, software, and networking in multiple government sites.

Candidates must have 2+ years of general work experience, 1+ year of directly related IT experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 1+ year of directly related IT experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (DoW).
• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Must be able to move around a large facility and work under desks.

Responsibilities

• Administer hardware, software, network and users on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide in-person and phone support to end users for troubleshooting computers, printers, software and Office products.
• Install hardware at End User offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).
• Contribute to large scale projects and events.
• Maintain professional behavior and strong communication with customers.
