Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC seeks an entry-level Instructional Designer to join the L&D team in Charlotte, NC. You will design learning materials that are clear, engaging, and effective, working with SMEs and field leaders to support growth.

The role emphasizes translating technical information into accessible formats, creating eLearning modules, and managing assets in the LMS while tracking learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Absorb preferred).
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials including eLearning modules, job aids, instructor-led content, and microlearning assets.
• Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and validate accuracy.
• Support rollout of training programs and track learner engagement.
• Maintain and organize content in the LMS.
• Participate in feedback sessions and revise content based on input.
