Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer with strong project management skills to support training initiatives across the organization. The role involves applying adult learning principles to create engaging online and classroom training solutions, working with SMEs, stakeholders, and project teams to meet business and learner needs.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from intake to launch, collaborate effectively, and take ownership of the training

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing effective eLearning and classroom training solutions.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience with LMS and launching/testing learning content.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage course development activities from intake through final launch in the LMS.
• Design, develop, revise, and maintain eLearning and instructor-led content.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Develop web-based training using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
• Launch, test, and validate content within the LMS.
• Coordinate training projects, timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Serve as main contact for assigned training initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring quality.
• Generate quarterly reports detailing training costs.
• Perform other training development activities as needed.
