You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended formats that elevate skills and performance. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of training experience, and hands-on SCORM/LMS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Three years of training or facilitation experience in a corporate or professional setting.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copywriting laws.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-impact learning programs across the firm.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into curricula and courses.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and course content (eLearning, simulations, blended) using instructional design best practices.
• Plan and manage training activities across offices and programs; coordinate logistics.
• Deliver and facilitate training; adapt methods to audience and modality.
• Improve content based on feedback and training impact analysis.
• Administer the Learning Management System: course setup, assignments, reporting, data integrity.
• Support program goals with additional Learning & Development duties as needed.
