Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design and develop eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led training across technical and soft skills. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define objectives, structure content, and design assessments.

The role requires 3+ years in learning design, strong Storyline/PowerPoint/Word skills, and ability to manage multiple development projects. Some knowledge of UPK or SAP Enable Now and graphic design tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed.
• Desired: Knowledge of training development applications - Oracle UPK or SAP Enable Now, QuestionMark.
• Desired: Knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training following instructional design methodologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content; define objectives and assessments.
• Complete detailed analysis of each training task for target audience, business process, and systems.
• Develop learning materials including storyboards, modules, virtual learning, guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support.
• Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions; write clear scripts for text, audio, or video.
• Attend SME meetings for task analysis, validation, and content review; incorporate feedback.
• Self-manage tasks and deadlines; proactively communicate issues and risks.
