Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks an Instructional Designer to develop engaging training content across multiple business lines and markets. You will craft online modules, assessments, and facilitator materials, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in training programs.

Collaboration with SMEs and ACE Technology teams ensures current, effective content and delivery. The role requires ADDIE/Kirkpatrick-based design, facilitation skills, and willingness to travel within the state as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education/experience.
• 4-6 years experience in a service/sales environment or club function preferred.
• 1-3 years cumulative experience using instructional technologies to develop online courses for adult learning.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop online content with outlines, scripts, tests, and uploads; measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Create live training materials for participants and facilitators, including manuals and activities.
• Provide evaluative feedback and prepare reports on training effectiveness.
• Train employees in rollout environments and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and management to define training needs and plans.
• Manage project timelines and revise content as systems and procedures update.
• Identify trends in design and delivery to stay current with ACE practices.
• Troubleshoot online course access and support training-related duties.
• Recommend content and delivery methods to achieve outcomes.
• Make day-to-day decisions with supervisor guidance for non-routine items.
