Inter-Co Division 10 in Katy, Texas is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative for our in-office role. You will handle active sales, customer development, and pre-bid communications while building relationships with General Contractors.

The position emphasizes learning, growth, and teamwork, with a base salary plus commissions tied to attainable sales targets. You’ll join a fast-paced construction distribution team across North America.

Responsibilities

• Active sales & customer-development.
• Quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure complete and competitive bids.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost.
• Follow up with customers on quotes and to negotiate contracts.
• Call customers to conduct pre-bid calls, clarify project scopes and get on bidders lists.
• Balance time between estimating work and customer outreach.
