Job summary

The SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Junior HR Systems Analyst in Sacramento, CA to support day-to-day admin, maintenance, and integrity of employee data in Workday and HR systems.

You will partner with HR stakeholders, process transactions, run data queries, ensure data quality, and assist with reporting, audits, and system improvements while complying with data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or information systems.
• Understanding of HR data governance and reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee data in Workday and HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to validate information for transactions.
• Run queries, audit records, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Support data reporting and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with policies.
