Job summary

Rosendin in San Jose, CA is hiring an entry-to-mid level HRIS Analyst to support the Workday platform. You will manage data integrity, configure processes, and deliver routine reporting to HR, payroll, and IT partners.

This role emphasizes building systems knowledge, collaborating across teams, and contributing to testing, training, and user support. A bachelor's degree and 3 years HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR/IS/Business.
• 3 years of experience with an HRIS platform (Workday preferred).
• Workday certification is a plus but not required at this level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HRIS data and Workday configurations.
• Build and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards.
• Support testing, UAT, and release cycles for Workday.
• Provide end-user support and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and HR teams on system improvements.
