The SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Junior HR Systems Analyst in Sacramento, CA to support day-to-day admin, maintenance, and integrity of employee data in Workday and HR systems.
You will partner with HR stakeholders, process transactions, run data queries, ensure data quality, and assist with reporting, audits, and system improvements while complying with data privacy standards.
Junior HR Systems Analyst
The Junior HR Systems Analyst supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and integrity of employee data within Workday and other HR systems. This role serves as a key partner to HR stakeholders by ensuring employee transactions are processed accurately, maintaining high-quality workforce data, and supporting reporting and analysis needs across the organization. The position plays an important role in supporting HR operations, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems and data management.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
0–2 years of experience in HR, HR Systems, data management, or a related analytical role.
Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HR information systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
