Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to manage the sales process from first contact through close, collaborating with customers, realtors, and internal teams in our Florida operation.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, a valid driver's license, and comfort using DRH Sales apps on mobile devices, plus proficiency with MS Office. Training is provided in a Fortune 500 homebuilder environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive day or night.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot/files and sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures and supplies.
• Conduct all business professionally to serve buyers and support company goodwill.
• Develop rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
