Ideal candidates possess an associate degree or two years related experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using DRH Sales apps and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; able to drive daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office, email, and basic CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction; track loan options and construction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and document cancellations.
• Maintain all sales files and monitor office disclosures.
