Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in the United States for in-person customer engagement from initial contact through escrow closure.

The role involves greeting visitors, presenting model homes, addressing objections, and advancing the sale with ongoing documentation and communication with customers. The successful candidate will support loan and construction progress tracking, maintain file integrity, and uphold professional standards while building rapport with clients

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
• Document the transaction
• Track progress of loan, options and construction
• Respond to customer requests for information
• Document any cancellations
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs
• Conduct business professionally to serve buyers and increase goodwill and profit
• Develops and maintains rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
