Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking an entry-level Fleet Coordinator to support daily route coordination, driver communication, and fleet monitoring on site in the Northeast. The role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates pursuing logistics, operations, or supply chain.

You will handle order processing, maintain route and driver data, and assist the Fleet Department with daily operational needs, reporting to the on-site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast (on-site).
• Serve as a point of contact for drivers throughout the day.
• Monitor driver activity and performance through fleet-management software.
• Respond to driver or route-related issues as they arise.
• Process customer orders through internal systems.
• Complete administrative steps needed to prepare orders for truck loading.
• Maintain accurate route, driver, and order information.
• Support the Fleet Department with day-to-day operational needs.
