Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in startups or logistics.
• Experience with ridesharing platforms (Uber, Lyft) is a strong plus.
• Must be comfortable working early morning or late night hours.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance and support to drivers.
• Coordinating routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintaining records of keys and vehicle equipment.
• Tracking fuel consumption and other relevant data.
• Adhering to safety and DOT regulations.
• Improving routing, scheduling, and other aspects of fleet operations.
• Coordinating with vendors for timely repairs.
• Keeping accurate records of vehicle maintenance.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Monitoring and managing timecards and schedules.
