The TemPositions Group of Companies is partnering with a client seeking an entry-level Fleet Coordinator to support the Fleet Department with daily route coordination, driver communication, fleet monitoring, and order preparation.

This on-site role in the Northeast offers exposure to logistics, operations, and fleet management, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities to learn systems and advance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast.
• Serve as a point of contact for drivers throughout the day.
• Monitor driver activity and performance through fleet-management software.
• Respond to driver or route-related issues as they arise.
• Process customer orders through internal systems.
• Complete administrative steps needed to prepare orders for truck loading.
• Maintain accurate route, driver, and order information.
• Support the Fleet Department with day-to-day operational needs.
