Control Systems, Inc. (CSI) is hiring motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Service Sales Representatives.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable talking to people and initiating conversations.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to spend time in the field.
• Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales career.
• Interest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers through calls, drop-ins, networking, and outreach.
• Develop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire/life safety service solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals with support from senior team members.
• Assist with upselling and expanding service programs for existing customers.
• Participate in seminars, demonstrations, trade shows, and community events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding.
• Represent CSI professionally in the field, helping drive visibility and brand awareness.
