Job summary

Century Fire Protection seeks a RSI Sales Representative to generate new customers and cross-sell existing accounts for inspections of fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, exit/emergency lighting, and fire suppression systems. This full-time role involves scheduling calls, following up on leads, and developing pricing plans.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience; NICET certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years related field experience.
• NICET certification in fire protection desirable.
• Previous sales or estimation experience in construction or service fields required.
• Ability to learn technical components of sprinkler and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Use cold calls and warm leads to expand the customer base.
• Schedule sales calls and quickly follow up on leads.
• Conduct site surveys and develop pricing and presentation plans.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with quotes, education, and problem resolution.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts with dispatching and billing details.
• Maintain an active proposal pipeline to support growth.
