Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer to receive hands-on, on-the-job training and mentorship while supporting UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites.

You will learn installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site/remote support while traveling regionally. This role targets recent graduates aiming to grow into senior engineering or leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
