Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites across the region. You will work with experienced engineers, follow structured training plans, and gain exposure to critical infrastructure in data centers, telecom, and energy environments.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, bilingual in Mandarin and English, and willing to travel up to 80%

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow).
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally and occasionally nationwide for field assignments.
