Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer for hands-on training and real-world exposure to UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites. You will work with experienced engineers, gain diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and travel regionally to support critical infrastructure across data centers and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure).
• Willingness to travel and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments.
