Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer to join its growing team. You will gain hands-on training while supporting UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites, learning electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and building customer-facing skills.

You will work with experienced engineers, follow structured training plans, and travel regionally or nationwide as projects require, with a clear path to senior roles and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on engineering interest.
• Willing to travel regionally or nationwide for field assignments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, plus safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow safety and quality standards at customer sites.
