Delta Electronics Americas seeks an entry-level Field Service Engineer to launch a long-term career. You will gain hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining UPS and HVAC systems at customer sites, with mentorship and a clear progression path.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, participate in structured safety-focused training, and travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) to service critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Associate, technical, or bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related field
• Willingness to travel and follow safety procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites
• Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments
