Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an entry-level Field Service Engineer who recently graduated in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting real-world energy and telecom systems at customer sites.

You’ll learn to install, commission, and maintain UPS and HVAC systems, gain troubleshooting experience, and travel regionally to client sites.

Qualifications

• Associate, technical, or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or HVAC/UPS.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts.
• Willingness to travel and safety-focused.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision.
• Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites.
• Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments.
