Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services to build a robust client base in a defined SMB territory. You will identify new clients for payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, while upselling additional ADP solutions to existing accounts.

Expect a structured training program and a dynamic field-role with uncapped commissions and advancement opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment at a Fortune 250 company, leveraging modern sales tech as you develop

Qualifications

College degree is not required.
1–2 years of experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar.
Military experience is valued and considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Close sales in defined geographic territory targeting small businesses (1–49 employees).
Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more; upsell to existing clients.
Cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads, assess client needs and present ADP solutions.
Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, upholding high ethical standards.
