Lithko Contracting is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our team and help deliver concrete construction projects across the United States. You will work with managers and mentors to understand project scope, safety, and quality while contributing to planning, execution, and progress tracking.

We value action-oriented, collaborative individuals and provide a pathway to develop into leadership roles through our internship/early career talent program.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources, including managers and mentors, to understand the project scope and schedule and the plans for safety and quality.
• Impact the project by developing plans to execute work objectives, track your progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Your specific duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
