Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize resources to understand project scope and schedule with safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams in the project execution process.
• Possibly perform estimating, field engineering, inspections, loadout, formwork, and other duties as skills grow.
