Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions or revocations within the past 3-5 years).
• Ability to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer is preferred.
• Availability for a standard 40-hour workweek, including potential shifts on weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, or overnights based on business needs.
• Flexibility for travel to regional locations or production facilities as needed.
• Proficient with laptops/computers in Windows or Mac environments, as well as work order management systems.
• Eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, time management, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections—whether at a service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn to identify and explain the product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories while establishing peer relationships and working under the mentorship of senior technicians.
• Utilize available technical resources and follow repair procedures efficiently without compromising quality or safety.
• Conduct road tests on vehicles post-repair to verify repair quality and ensure operational safety.
• Assist with day-to-day parts operations, including ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and work order/expense reporting.
• Maintain proper, detailed technical notes and documentation for all completed and in-process repairs for internal and external use.
• Perform duties with high professionalism when interacting with customers, families, third-party affiliates, and suppliers at service facilities or outreach events.
• Identify process areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback to mentorship leads, and participate in service campaigns or containment initiatives.
• Actively engage in required training, stay current on evolving technical skills, and maintain high-quality work with minimal supervision as experience increases.
