Joey's Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial projects. You will review plans and collaborate with project teams to ensure profitability and successful delivery.

The role requires proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam/HeavyBid) and prior plumbing construction exposure to understand on-site realities. This full-time position supports project managers and clients on multiple bids and proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or proven construction estimating experience with plumbing exposure.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or other estimating software platforms.
• Plumbing site experience is desirable to understand on-site realities affecting estimates.
