Job summary

Joey's Plumbing in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role will prepare accurate plumbing cost estimates for commercial projects, helping ensure profitability and timely delivery.

You will review plans, collaborate with project managers and clients, and prepare detailed proposals including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes. Experience with plumbing systems and estimating software like Bluebeam or HeavyBid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or proven experience in construction estimating with exposure to plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or other construction estimating software platforms.
• Plumbing construction site experience is highly desirable to understand on-the-ground realities impacting estimates.
