The role requires proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam/HeavyBid) and prior plumbing construction exposure to understand on-site realities. This full-time position supports project managers and clients on multiple bids and proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or proven construction estimating experience with plumbing exposure.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or other estimating software platforms.
• Plumbing site experience is desirable to understand on-site realities affecting estimates.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plumbing estimates using Bluebeam or other estimating software tools.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to assess project requirements and constraints.
• Prepare detailed cost proposals including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
• Assist in bid preparation, contract review, and risk assessment to ensure competitive yet profitable proposals.
