The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, construction plans, and estimating practices, with the ability to prepare accurate and competitive bids for new construction and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Review residential plans, specifications, and project documents
• Perform plumbing takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs
• Coordinate with builders, vendors, and internal project teams
• Submit accurate and timely proposals and bid packages
• Maintain pricing databases and supplier relationships
• Assist with value engineering and cost‑saving recommendations
• Support project handoff to operations after contract award

Requirements

• Experience in residential plumbing estimating preferred
