Job summary

M. Early Plumbing & Heating Corp. in New York is seeking a Plumbing Estimator to compile estimates for plumbing, fire suppression and mechanical piping systems from inception to submission. You will coordinate project estimates to ensure timely delivery and oversee related clerical tasks on each bid.

The ideal candidate has extensive plumbing/mechanical estimating experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a minimum of 10 years experience in plumbing fire suppression, mechanical trade with verified references in work that the company performs, or minimum of 5 years in the mechanical engineering trade specifically in plumbing.
• Must have strong computer skills and be able to adapt to software expeditiously to perform work duties
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to work in fast past office
• Must have OSHA 30 HR as a minimum standard
• Must have strong management skills
• Must have detailed oriented person, organized, and punctual
