We’re seeking a detail-oriented Plumbing Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive bids for commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, field awareness, and the ability to balance winning work with maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs (water, sanitary, storm, gas, and specialty systems)
• Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Solicit and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and overlaps
• Prepare proposals, scope letters, and bid packages
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams
• Support bid strategy, value engineering, and cost tracking
