    • Develop detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
    • Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates based on project phase and available information.
  • Scope Analysis and Risk Evaluation
    • Analyze bid documents to identify scope gaps, overlaps, exclusions, and project risks.
    • Evaluate constructability concerns and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and execution.
    • Develop clarifications and qualifications to support accurate and complete bid submissions.
    • Support value engineering and cost‑saving alternatives while maintaining quality and system performance standards.
  • Vendor and Supplier Coordination
    • Solicit and evaluate vendor, supplier, and subcontractor pricing for plumbing scopes of work.
    • Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.

    • Collaborate with project management and operations teams during project turnover and startup.
    • Support development of pre‑construction planning strategies and execution approaches.
    • Assist with coordination of estimating assumptions and project logistics considerations.
  • Data Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain and update historical pricing databases, assemblies, and estimating records.
    • Track market conditions, labor trends, and material pricing to improve estimate accuracy.
    • Support continuous improvement of estimating processes, workflows, and tools.
    • Ensure estimate documentation is organized, accurate, and properly maintained.
Preferred Qualifications
