Job summary

ITS Logistics is hiring an IT Support Representative for our Enterprise Site Support Team in York, PA. You will handle tier I and II desktop support, provide hands-on deskside assistance, and support cloud users. This is an on-site role with no hybrid/remote option.

We value troubleshooters who learn quickly and collaborate well with teammates to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware & software including desktops, laptops, printers, networks.

Responsibilities

• Works on technology issues with varying complexity requiring analysis of situation, process or data.
• Follows troubleshooting methodology to identify symptoms, scope, cause and solution.
• Communicates status of reported problems to necessary parties.
• Exhibits sound judgment considering existing system functionality and policies to determine actions.
• Develops action plans for self and seeks opportunities for improvement.
• Documents troubleshooting steps and resolutions in tickets for future review.
