PGTEK is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Administrator to support a Department of Defense cloud platform program. Hybrid work with onsite as needed, within 90 minutes of a DISA DHMC location. Active Secret Clearance required and U.S. citizenship. Salary range $85,000–$110,000.

The role involves administering, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across a DoD hybrid-cloud environment, with opportunities to grow in automation and federal mission support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts and ITIL v3/v4.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day ServiceNow administration (users/groups/ACLs/forms).
• Support ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request/Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB.
