Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or dispatching is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers regarding trip assignments and service updates.
• Assist with coordinating transportation schedules.
• Monitor driver activity and ensure timely service.
• Provide drivers with route and trip information.
• Respond to operational questions and support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, driver activity, and daily operations.
• Perform data entry and update information within company systems.
• Assist with reports and documentation as needed.
• Monitor schedules and communicate concerns to management.
