zTrip Indy is seeking an entry-level Dispatcher to join our operations team in Indianapolis. You will coordinate daily transportation services, assist drivers, and support smooth operations to ensure passengers receive safe, dependable transportation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) with company match. This is a great entry point for problem-solvers who enjoy fast-paced teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, dispatching, call center or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver schedules and trip assignments to meet customer needs.
• Communicate service updates to drivers and internal teams.
• Monitor driver activity and ensure timely service.
• Provide drivers with route and trip information as needed.
• Support operations by resolving routine issues and questions.
